I loved the colors of my new luggage.. I was very disappointed though when during my first time unloading from baggage carosel.. The top handle broke... then loading into a car.. I lost my wheel. makes for a hard time in europe with broken luggage..Save your money, time, and aggravation By N V Sarana
A plastic bag would be better than this product!!! I purchased this at the end of 2/13, made sure correct color/pieces were sent in 3/13, attempted to use it in 4/13 and found 3 out of 5 pieces defective, the zippers were not sewn onto the luggage. Contacted seller and the only comments are "it's past 30 days and I said I checked the luggage." I admit the thought never occurred to me to make sure the zippers were sewn onto the luggage. Contacted the manufacturer (5 year warranty) they want me to pay $90 for shipping 3 pieces of luggage that may or may not have the same defects and customer service is unheard of at this company. I paid $140 for 5 pieces including shipping. The pieces that I am able to use after the second use (Fathers day weekend) the seams are coming apart. Save your money, time, and aggravation dealing with individuals that think this is ok. Good note: the color and design is nice and the multi direction of wheels is convenient.Lesser Quality By Mom8xs
I was disappointed when these arrived. The material on the outside is like a thin fabric, which I am afraid will tear upon the first time in a luggage bin at the airport.
