Love Love Love this luggage - looks much like the picture online, only even classier!! Nice chocolate brown color, I have not used the luggage yet, as I purchased it for an upcoming trip, so I will update if I notice any problems. However, everything seems to be in mint condition, very sturdy, and just beautiful. Also, upon reading one of the other customer's reviews, she mentioned missing piggy back straps - I believe these are just the handles on the top of the bag, as shown in the picture, which were located on all of my bags... as well as the handle that pulls out so that you can roll the luggage along. Very very happy with my purchase, as well as the reasonable price, it looks much more expensive than what I paid :)
Guess I was wrong on the piggy back strap, which is supposedly used to attach all of your luggage together or something like that - my luggage doesn't have these straps either, nor do they have the stability handles on the sides of each piece - I will have to call amazon about this, they should update their description, as that may be an important factor for some people...Love it! I love this luggage! It has class! It looks waaaaaay more expensive that what it actually is and what I paid for it was a fabulous deal. I travel all the time and they have been s great companion. I get compliments on them where ever I go :) High recommend them!2 of 3 Like the product, but it is not well made By TM
I received the luggage promptly. I like the way it looked and was excited when I received it. I took a trip around the holidays and after using the luggage one time, the large suit case handle broke. I called amazon and I am going to return it. However, because I did not keep the box, I have to purchase one which is inconvenient. I am planning to return all three pieces and not reorder due to the inconvenience. If you choose to purchase this item I recommend that you purchase from a store in your area that has a 60 to 90 return policy so it if breaks you can walk in and return it.
