This is a great carry-on! It fits a lot for a 20/21" hard shell. The only thing I dislike is that the hard shell scratches like nobody's bidness. I promise you, it will get scratched. I have found, however, I don't really mind a little wear and tear because it's not too noticeable with the pattern. It's super light weight and easy to roll around.Cute bag...how sturdy is it? My 12 year old daughter loves the design and used the bag for 9 days trip overseas. Lots of room inside. Con: very banged up exterior after only two flights, and one wheel broke off just on a two hour domestic flight! I d return it but the 30 day period expired. The case is nice but the limited space is reduced by a huge support bar inside
