Don't know what customers are looking for when they give this luggage poor ratings. It's a very good luggage set for the money. Have flown with it three or four times and use it to go back and forth to visit my son. Hasn't torn, haven't lost the "eyes" on the front. Has held up as well as could be expected for the price. Is still in good shape. Have spent more, but luggage is luggage. If it doesn't need to be replaced for tears, it needs to be replaced because plastic wheels break over the years. Yes, I'm talking years. Worth the buy.Visually Good. But Poor Quality. By Turbo
When i got the luggage shipment, i was impressed to see the fit and finish. It really looked good. But my happiness just lasted for one travel from PHX to BLR. The bigger luggage had lot of cuts, damage near the wheels, threads were coming out. The 2nd piece was Okay, luckily it didn't had much damage, just scratches here and there. Overall, i am not happy with the Quality. The one i bought here in India 6 years back, came out of the carousel without any cuts and damages.
Regret buying this :(. Wont recommend this at all.
