Customer Reviews:

Not for me By Stefanie
I bought a 2 piece set from another store. Luckily I was able to return the luggage because it wasn't for me.

PROS
-Lightweight
-Colors other than black make it easy to spot in bag claim
-4 wheels which do work/move well

CONS
-The big one (30") is just way too big for anything I would need.
-The medium one (26") is good for my longer trips only (maybe I just pack light but my 21" suitcase works well for a week trip).
-The suitcase is split in the middle so you're always trying to quickly flip it open/closed so things don't spill all over. It was just too heavy and awkward for me to do that well. Doesn't sit on luggage racks well.
-After one trip it had a small dent in it. That didn't matter too much to me but it's advertised to not dent.
-After one trip there were all kinds of black skid marks all over it. I got silver which shows marks the worst but it seemed to scratch/mark up easily.
-The zippers were kind of tough and seemed to snag a lot. In other words, they didn't zip smoothly.

I travel about every other week and sometimes more often so I couldn't live with the problems. Mostly it being awkward to open. I was always struggling with it and trying to balance it on the luggage rack in my hotel room. It's not like a suitcase that has one side with the lid being thin--those are easy to put on luggage racks because only one side has stuff in it.

Bad buy By MKayB
I bought two sets of this luggage for my father and I as we travel a lot. The first time my father used his set, the wheels broke away from the case. The third time I used my set, the wheels broke away from the case and large cracks appeared on the surface of two cases. Was really sorry I spent my money on inferior products.

Decent Luggage set By Eurorule
Préambule: I never suffered the naivette of "lifetime warranty" usefulness and, since we have to travel frequently, did not consider this an investment but an expense to last us a couple of years. Is it an amazing set of luggage? No. Is it good/decent? I think so.

As I mentioned, we travel quite a bit and needed a new carry-on as well as larger pieces (i bought 3-piece). We only had few requirements for our new carry-on: spinner, lightweight, second bag/personal item must be able to ride on top, easily fits into overhead compartments. For checked-in luggage, the requirement was even more simple: lightweight spinner. By now (as of November), we've tested it on 7 trips and came to the following conclusions

PROS: 1. It is most definitely lightweight. It is great for people who use carry-on allowance to the max. 2. It's quite spacious. Switching from a nylon 22" to hardshell 20", I am still able to pack almost as much into this bag. One feature I am still getting used to is having almost equal halves to fill (vs stuffing everything into one side and simply covering it with the top). However, it does have straps and covers to keep everything in place. 3. It rolls nicely on asphalt, airport tiles and linoleum (more difficult on carpets, especially, when full). It rolls over metal joints in floors and jet bridges or any uneven surfaces very well 4. A second bag easily sits on top of it 5. Expands nicely! 6. Fits perfectly into overhead compartments. In business elite, it's a breeze, but even in coach on most birds, such as MD88s, it's quite easy to stuff it into the bin 7) checked luggage (30" and the mid-size) arrived without any damage except for little nicks and dirt. Straps kept everything in place and expansion is wonderful on larger pieces as well.

CONS: 1. Wheels are small and have harder time rolling on carpets that some older airports still have. Sometimes it keeps pulling to one side, trying to twist itself to roll front side foward. 2. In fact, this is my major complaint about this item: handle is extremely flimsy. When carry-on is fully loaded (40lb or so), poor handle actually twists a bit. I bring lots of foreign goodies so my bags are indeed fully loaded 40lb - i don't think twisting would be a problem for normal people :) who use their carry-ons as supplement to checked baggage. 3. No handle on the side to help put it in and take it out of bins. It's not that big of a deal for me but I wanted to mention it.
