The luggage looks great and and held up well when we went to Mexico. It was stuffed to the maximum and no problems. I was with my two kids and wife and we used all three pieces with not a single problem. The only thing we noticed was there were some black scuff marks on one of the larger pieces which we were able to wipe off with a wet paper towel. These are incredibly light weight, but after one trip the largest of these was incredibly scuffed. The orange rubbed off completely of almost the entire bottom.
I have only taken them on one round trip, but I worry about their future as they look like they are three years old.
They get three stars because they arrived quickly, and are very light weight, but if they don't last much longer, I'll update my review.NO Heys USA luggage! By Bev
I bought a 28" Heys USA hardside spinner suitcase. First of all, this is an attractive suitcase and the price is right. However, when full at 35 lbs, the wheels didn't work - when I tried to push it, it fell over. Hoping that it was that particular suitcase, I figured I would simply exchange it. When I called the Heys USA 800 number, I reached a dead-end. The "Warranty" link on the phone said the voice mail was full, wasn't accepting anymore messages, and then disconnected. The "Customer Service" link rang twice and disconnected. This raised a huge red flag for me. So, I simply returned it to Target and will buy a different brand.
