What I like the most about this piece is it has a fantastic front pocket for tablets, books, boarding passes, phones, glasses etc. that is just soooooo useful in these very stressful travel days. I am a Mum with a small child (even though this is designed for the alpha male business traveller) and love that I can reach the most important stuff very quickly; and pack an overnight change of clothes for both of us as well as a favorite stuffed toy.
The reason I give it four instead of five star is that the handle and wheels feel a little fickle. The product comes with a ten-year warranty but I am not so sure they factored certain travel scheduled into their warranty because mine is already showing some signs of wear (okay, so I did three continents in two weeks but...). This is a good bag! Again, you get what you pay for and while this is on the more expensive side of what I will pay for luggage it seems like good value so far. I travel a lot, more than 10 RT per year from Texas to and around Asia and I generally view luggage as semi-consumable. I consider myself lucky to get 3 trips out of luggage. This spinner is on it's 4th trip and is still functional and with me. The bag looks nice, is durable, spinners are reliable and I love the orientation because it allows me to carry another pretty big computer bag on top. It's as big as you can expect to get in a business class overhead compartment (legally) and I like the outside pocket for papers, folders, iPad etc. Recommended.
