Problem with retractable handles By Patricia A. Williams
Received luggage prior to a trip the UK. Thrilled with the materials and look of the bags but upon arrival in London two of the four bags developed problems with the retractible handles. They would not retract into bags. Very disappointed and would not purchase from this manufactor again.Perfect By Tom Vincent
