We own this suitcase and have owned it for a long time. Right before our Spring Break trip to San Diego, as we were packing, we discovered that the entire inside of the suitcase was covered in hundreds of pieces of broken black plastic, that used to cover the sides and inside of the sides of the suitcase. We could even crack the inside by touching the inside of the case. We are VERY disappointed by this bag and are NOT planning on buying a replacement from Kenneth Cole.Top quality luggage By Maggie Malone
I bought another brand of luggage that was super cute looking along with this one, knowing I'd return one. I decided to keep this one, though the flowers on the other one were so tempting! In the end it came down to practicality and easy travel. The quality on the KC is just top notch, with strong seams and bumpers in the places that wear the most. It'll last for years. The design is thoughtful, with pockets and organization in all the right places. And the spinner wheels are smooth and effortless. I'm taking it on its first plane trip this weekend, and I'm looking forward to an easier trip not having to fight my luggage. I also bought the matching carry-on and it has the same great design features. Excellent brand.
The only thing I would say is the shoe holder is unnecessary -- nice idea, but who can get away with bringing only one pair of shoes on a trip?! But I'll just stuff the shoe pockets with smaller items, so it's not a waste of space.
