Let me start by saying this luggage is a great looking set. The color olive (also comes in brown) with the brown trim and gold telescopic handle looks great together. It was also offered at a good price with 5yr warranty. Now the reason for one star- the handle broke during the first use. When I say first use, I mean the very first time I picked it up by the handle it broke. We were packing for vacation and only had 43lbs in it and the rivet that attaches the handle popped off. I had to install a nut and bolt so it can be used. When we arrived at the carousel to get our luggage the Bill Blass emblem on the bag was missing (maybe due to mishandling of baggage handlers). We had a samsonite and American tourister that never had an emblem fall off! When we got home from vacation we noticed the bottom pocket on the front of the luggage had a 6 inch tear where the seam/stitching came loose. Contacted ebags who fulfilled the order and not willing to exchange or credit because outside there 60 days return policy. The Bill Blass warranty line isn't very helpful at all!! I called the warranty center and was asked to email pics of damage. Never heard back from them so I called and left message. Still never heard back ( confirmation email or returned phone call). Finally I called again and agent said she'll send replacement rivets and I need to take to a shoe repair place for them to repair and they'll reimburse the cost up to $16. A SHOE REPAIR PLACE!!! Ebags shipping was very fast/free and they had cheapest cost of luggage. Just make sure you use the luggage within the first 60 days. Bill Blass warranty is a nightmare. Also bought the 27" spinner and held up pretty well- but for how long?!!!
