My daughter loves Giraffes so I had to get this luggage for her. She loves this luggage. Very cute! She spends the summers with her father so she needed a bag large enough to fit a couple of weeks of clothes with room to bring home all the stuff she gets while she is there and is easy to roll around the airport. The medium bag is perfect for that. The large bag is huge, we use that for our family vacations. I can pack all three of us in one bag for a weeklong trip. I was not thrilled with the print on this set of luggage. Then I realized that my extensive stash of Sharpie markers could transform it. My 4 year old and I spent a few days of TV time coloring in the dots with our favorite colors and designs. Now we have custom luggage that is VERY easy to spot in the airport. She was even able to identify it from the window of the terminal while they were loading luggage onto our plane.
These roll easily, even when very full. I was able to stuff the largest piece and still be under the weight limit for Southwest. Not exactly easy to roll all three and handle a 4 year old and two carry-ons though. We managed but it will be much easier to handle one or two bags for future trips where we do not need a month's worth of stuff! The smaller bag fits easily under the airplane seat - which was nice since one of our flights was very full and overhead storage space was at a premium.
So far everything looks sturdy and there was no damage after 3 flights.
