This luggage arrived on time, in excellent condition and was just what I needed to make my travels easier and more organized. I used the luggage within a week of receiving. The rolling feature allowed me to load, unload and access my hotel room with ease. I had plenty of room for everything I needed to take and organized my packing with the pockets and zipper storage. I was in a hurry to get luggage for a planned trip that was in a few days and was pleasantly surprised at how quick I got the luggage! Love all the pockets and how much it holds. When I got home, however, I noticed one of the zipper pulls on the largest piece of luggage was missing. Not sure how that happened...if it was due to the handling of airport crew tossing the luggage around or what. So now I need to see about getting it repaired. All in all, this is a great bargain for the price and I'm glad I purchased it.
