Beautiful Luggage By lk
This luggage--along with my fuschia blazer and black sweater and slacks--took me to London and Ireland this June. Not only was it easy to find at baggage claim, it is still holding up well, Most importantly, I received compliments on it from my husband, friends and airline associates. I thought a long time before buying it as it is rather colorful. However, the colors are rich and not gaudy. The more you look at it, the better it looks. And of course it fulfills its need. ordered this in good faith. Shipping Costs were excessive. When it arrived I took each piece of the luggage out and noticed one of the front pockets (for storage) was sewn at sort of an angle instead of being straight like the others were. Since it was a pattern, it was noticable. It made it look like a 2nd. So I need to send the luggage back. This company was unwilling to pay for the shipping charges to return it. Since it wasn't as expected or as shown on the site, I feel I should receive a refund plus the shipping charges for the luggage and refund the luggage as well. Very Disappointed. Amazon reflected my disappointment as well. Amazon is trying to work something out with them. Will let you know if this company will work with us so you will know should you consider an order with them in the future. This company should pay for the shipping charges completely since it is not the fault of the one who ordered it. Disappointed in Jenzys. Jenzy's did not cooperate in the return of the 3-piece damask luggage. Poor customer service for the return of a product that looked like a 2nd or 3rd. One of the front luggage pockets was not sewn on straight and was unacceptable. They were very difficult to work with. Amazon had to get involved. They did not answer several request. I would be careful when ordering from Jenzy's. Find another company that will guarantee free return when it is unacceptable because it was defective. They don't stand up for the products they sell.
