bought the 28" expandable ABS Barnet upright to travel home from boston to chicago....didnt even make it on one flight...plastic cracked!
5 yr warranty but it specifically states this warranty does not cover accidental damage..so i guess if it's damaged on purpose it's covered, improper handling ( as with an airline)...then why do they sell them?, unauthorized repair attempts...etc
oh well....
