Too heavy By traveler
Looks cute, but it is not functional. It does not have a handle on the side. I think this is my bad that I did not check it while purchasing. Very hard to roll when it is heavy. It is very heavy even when it is empty. I had to pay extra for my baggage although I had just a few clothes inside for 10 days in a 29inch spinner. At the end of my very first flight, two zip heads came off. It is the worst purchase experience I have ever had. So sad because my fiancee has a Heys carry-on which is awesome. I cannot believe the same company can produce two very different products in quality.missing handle By fenwick
the luggage does not have a handle on the long side which makes it very difficult when carrying somewhere that you can't use the wheels or up and down steps.good luggage By supadupa
