I have had 2 sets of this luggage. I love that I can find it at baggage claim. My only problem is the large suitcase. Three different airlines have broken the wheels. First time they took off the whole wheel and left a gap in suitcase. Purchased second set and this time they ripped it half off. My husband used special epoxy glue and we thought we had it repaired but third airline finished it off. We do not have problems with the middle size or small carry on. Think the material is too thin for a large size so therefore not enough reinforcementDon't buy for the lock By Sharon V. Richardson
I bought this set because it had a TSA approved lock, and I was traveling overseas. Unfortunately, the first time I tried to use the lock, I found the zipper had been installed incorrectly on the carry-on, and would not fit into the lock. I contacted the seller when I returned home, and they could not replace the carry-on, but would give me a refund for THE WHOLE SET. Since I bought it through amazon, the price I paid probably would not allow me to even replace the carry-on. I am depressed, because I love the luggage and want to keep it, and amazon evidently does not even carry it any more.Beautiful By Laurie
